Biohoney Organic Clover Honey is premium, natural New Zealand clover honey that is extremely popular due to its delicate, sweet flavour produced by white clover honey bees that collect nectar from the clover plant. To be certified organic this honey has been harvested from clover flowers growing in spray and chemical free pastures. These flowers cling to the rugged hillsides of the Central Otago region in New Zealand’s deep south. The hot, dry summers of this spectacular region are captured by this classic, traditional honey. It is a delicate flavoured honey with notes of sweet, dry grass.
Biohoney Organic Clover Honey is sourced solely from the Central Otago region of New Zealand’s South Island and is available in a variety of sizes.
