Mānuka honey is a wonder of nature and world-renowned for its unique properties. Multifloral Mānuka honey contains a range of beneficial oligosaccharides and prebiotics, amino acids, and methylglyoxal (MGO). MGO is the compound found in mānuka honey that is responsible for its incredible antibacterial effect. Because this compound is not found in other honeys, except in very small amounts, MGO levels are the gold standard for assessing the unique properties of this incredible, multifloral New Zealand mānuka honey.
Biohoney Multifloral Mānuka Honey MGO50+ has a minimum methylglyoxal (MGO) content of 50mg/kg, tested by an independent laboratory. Biohoney mānuka honey is sourced solely from New Zealand’s South Island and is available in a variety of sizes. This multifloral honey has a high content of mānuka honey with a mix of other bush type honey.
Packaging; 250g and 500g are in PET jars, 130g (100ml) is in a GLASS jar.
