RAW Clover Honeycomb

Our Master Beekeepers’ favourite honey is RAW, straight from the hive. For us this means the bare minimum of processing. Our raw clover honeycomb is produced by honeybees feeding on beautiful clover flowers that grow in the South Island’s vast, clean, unpolluted rolling fields of clover. Honeybees love the nectar of these common, weather-hardy plants. Our bees use clover nectar to produce a beautiful, cream-coloured honeycomb with a smooth, delicate flavour. This raw honeycomb is straight from the hive and famously gentle on the palate, with a clean, sweet, mildly floral taste that is beloved worldwide.

All Master Beekeeper RAW honeycomb is single batch. You can scan the QR code to find out where the honeycomb came from. We think that’s pretty cool. We don’t heat RAW honeycomb beyond natural hive temperatures. This means our honeycomb retains its healthy enzymes and full flavour.
