Biohoney Nelson Clover Honey: This light, fragrant, premium clover honey is sourced from flowers growing in the wild pastures of New Zealand’s South Island and is available in various sizes. Our honey is produced by honeybees feeding on beautiful clover flowers that grow in the South Island’s vast, clean, unpolluted rolling fields of clover. Honeybees love the nectar of these common, weather-hardy plants, which is why this classic, delicious honey is widely available. Our bees use clover nectar to produce a beautiful, cream-coloured honey with a smooth, delicate flavour. This honey is famously gentle on the palate, with a clean, sweet, mildly floral taste that is beloved worldwide.

West Coast Southern Rata Honey: Biohoney Forest Canopy Rata Honey has a delicate caramel flavour with slight notes of salt. Rata is a beautiful native tree in New Zealand’s South Island. It sets the forest canopy alight with scarlet flowers every 5-7 years but most years there are not enough flowers for bees to produce dedicated rata honey. Our West Coast Forest Canopy Rata Honey has a luxurious creamy caramel flavour and is packed just as it is collected from the hive without any blending.

Molesworth Station Blue Borage Honey: Blue Borage is a small wildflower found mainly in the dry riverbeds of the South Island of New Zealand. The honey produced from these blue flowers is light in colour with a delicate, mildly herbal flavour. Biohoney Blue Borage honey is produced from Blue Borage flowers on the Molesworth station in the Kaikoura ranges of New Zealand’s South Island. This countryside is characterised by rugged mountains covered in tussock and divided by pristine blue streams. This honey has a delicate and unique flavour sure to be enjoyed by all.
